The Higher the Magnification - The More Detail You'll See

Magnification can represent combinations of lenses including objective, ocular, and auxiliary lenses. The magnification ranges described here may include these combinations.

Compound Microscopes may include additional eyepieces (ocular lenses) to expand the total magnification range.

Stereo and other Inspection Microscopes may include additional eyepieces and auxiliary lenses including Barlow lenses to expand the total magnification range.

Camera Types

Various types of cameras are available. Cameras intended to be used with computers will use USB, wi-fi, or LAN to connect to the computer, and typically include specialized software. Cameras with HDMI, VGA, or analog video interfaces can be attached directly to a compatible display device such as a monitor or television, and do not require a computer to operate.

Camera Pixels

Also referred to as camera resolution, the number of pixels represents the maximum size of images which can be displayed or recorded by a camera. The value is displayed using MP (megapixels).

Key Features

  • 3.5X-90X super widefield continuous stereo zoom magnification power
  • Dual halogen illuminations with individual adjustable intensity
  • 6-1/2inch (165mm) long working distance and 2-3/8inch (60mm) large field of view with 0.5X auxiliary objective lens
  • Two pairs of 30mm super widefield eyepieces 10X and 20X
  • Adjustable interpupillary distance with diopter adjustment on both ocular tubes

This is a 3.5X-90X zoom stereo trinocular microscope. This trinocular microscopy comes with super widefield optics and versatile illumination system that provides both incident (top) and transmitted (bottom) lights. The incident light is used for the observation of three-dimensional objects due to shining down onto the objects. The transmitted light is used for the inspection of the objects that allow light to get through them like diamonds. With the 0.5X barlow lens, the working distance can be as long as 6-1/2" (165mm), and the field of view can be as large as 2-3/8" (60mm) in diameters. It easy to connect USB digital camera (sold separately) to record what you see in the microscope and saving it into your computer as a picture or a video. The stereo microscope is useful for many applications (biological research laboratories, engravers, watchmakers, gemologists, collectors, jewelers and anyone in electronic industry).
