Camera Types

Various types of cameras are available. Cameras intended to be used with computers will use USB, wi-fi, or LAN to connect to the computer, and typically include specialized software. Cameras with HDMI, VGA, or analog video interfaces can be attached directly to a compatible display device such as a monitor or television, and do not require a computer to operate.

Camera Pixels

Also referred to as camera resolution, the number of pixels represents the maximum size of images which can be displayed or recorded by a camera. The value is displayed using MP (megapixels).

The trinocular compound siedentopf LED microscope provides phase contrast microscope system & brightfield microscope system and USB imaging digital system. The phase contrast microscope comes with LED illumination with variable intensity, Abbe NA1.25 condenser with iris diaphragm, 5MP USB camera and a complete set of phase contrast kit. The compound microscope features an optical system for observing images through eyepieces and an adjustable trinocular port. It offers eight levels of brightfield magnification from 40X to 2000X. The phase contrast microscope can improve the images of transparent and colorless objects, which are hard to see or invisible in an ordinary microscope. The 2592x1944 pixels USB digital imaging system that captures still microscope images and live video on computer. The included software is compatible with Windows, Mac OS X and Linux operating systems (see version information below). The Windows software can also be used to make measurements. Warranty does not apply for
consumable accessories and parts such as bulbs, batteries, fuses, cords,
optical components or any add-on accessories such as mechanical specimen
holders that are not built into the microscope stage as an integral part of the
original manufacture, etc. Warranty does not cover microscopes, lenses cameras
or other accessories that have become inoperable due to dirt or damage due to
misuse or lack of maintenance.
