Camera Types

Various types of cameras are available. Cameras intended to be used with computers will use USB, wi-fi, or LAN to connect to the computer, and typically include specialized software. Cameras with HDMI, VGA, or analog video interfaces can be attached directly to a compatible display device such as a monitor or television, and do not require a computer to operate.

Camera Pixels

Also referred to as camera resolution, the number of pixels represents the maximum size of images which can be displayed or recorded by a camera. The value is displayed using MP (megapixels).

This is a professional grade trinocular microscope with an integrated digital display solution and Kohler illumination. This digital display consists of a 5MP microscope camera combined with a 9.7 inch touchpad display, and is powered by the Android 4.2.2 system. The microscope features reversed nosepiece, bright LED illuminationand more. It has the simul-focal function which means the image is focused through both eyepieces and the photo tube and no view switching is needed. The Kohler illuminator provides extremely even illuminaiton across the entire field of view. The camera comes with advanced software that can make measurement of the samples and color, brightness, white balance and other settings are available. It can also take video clips for live samples to share with others. This digital compound microscope is ideal for professionals and also affordable for students.

• One Year Warranty for Accessories: All our microscope accessories (USB cameras,
illuminators, illumination, dust covers, and etc.) come with a one (1) year
warranty, except when specified in the description.

Warranty does not apply for
consumable accessories and parts such as bulbs, batteries, fuses, cords,
optical components or any add-on accessories such as mechanical specimen
holders that are not built into the microscope stage as an integral part of the
original manufacture, etc. Warranty does not cover microscopes, lenses cameras
or other accessories that have become inoperable due to dirt or damage due to
misuse or lack of maintenance.
