Camera Types

Various types of cameras are available. Cameras intended to be used with computers will use USB, wi-fi, or LAN to connect to the computer, and typically include specialized software. Cameras with HDMI, VGA, or analog video interfaces can be attached directly to a compatible display device such as a monitor or television, and do not require a computer to operate.

Camera Pixels

Also referred to as camera resolution, the number of pixels represents the maximum size of images which can be displayed or recorded by a camera. The value is displayed using MP (megapixels).

This is a zoom stereo trinocular microscope with continuous zoom magnification 3.5X-45X. This trinocular microscopy comes with super widefield optics, 5MP USB digital imaging system and dual halogen illumination system with individual adjustable intensity. The 2592x1944 pixels USB digital imaging system that captures still microscope images and live video on computer. The included software is compatible with Windows, Mac OS X and Linux operating systems (see version information below). The Windows software can also be used to make measurements. With the 0.5X barlow lens, the working distance can be as long as 6-1/2" (165mm), and the field of view can be as large as 2-3/8" (60mm) in diameters. The stereo microscope is useful for many applications (biological research laboratories, engravers, watchmakers, gemologists, collectors, jewelers and anyone in electronic industry).

illuminators, illumination, dust covers, and etc.) come with a one (1) year
warranty, except when specified in the description.

Warranty does not apply for
consumable accessories and parts such as bulbs, batteries, fuses, cords,
optical components or any add-on accessories such as mechanical specimen
holders that are not built into the microscope stage as an integral part of the
original manufacture, etc. Warranty does not cover microscopes, lenses cameras
or other accessories that have become inoperable due to dirt or damage due to
misuse or lack of maintenance.
